GAS DETECTION SOLUTION FOR REFRIGERATION OPERATIONS
Common refrigerant gases such as NH3, R134a, R407 and R410a are used to maintain the cooling effect of air conditioners, refrigerators, chillers and freezers. These gases are toxic and can have harmful consequences for personnel in all areas where there is potential for leakage from commercial storage containers, air conditioning units, industrial refrigerators and freezers.
To reduce refrigerant gas exposure limits, we install our leak monitoring detectors and general atmospheric detection at low ppm levels to ensure rising or potentially hazardous environments by activating siren/beacon signaling for immediate intervention. Whether it is mobilization ventilators or internal alarm systems. Monitoring refrigerant leaks is also a way to ensure you don’t waste gas, which is more of a business concern.

- Food storage
DIRECT CONNECTION TO THE EQUIPMENT OR TO THE CENTER
Our fixed DEGA gas detectors can be connected directly to a plant or factory alarm system to ensure that cold storage areas can be continuously monitored for specific gas level conditions. We have also connected our cooling gas monitoring systems to audiovisual pre-alarm indicators, including sirens/beacons. All our equipment is IEXEx certified so you can be sure you meet all cold room regulations such as AS 2865-2009 for enclosed spaces.
A PERSONAL SOLUTION FOR GAS DETECTION
We also supply personal gas detectors to monitor the confined space atmosphere for any problematic gas species. The detectors have IP 68 protection and allow 3 years of continuous use without the need for charging. The user can therefore rest easy, because with such a long service life without recharging, the detector is always ready.
